ERUDITE ALL-MODAL CARGO SYSTEM SCHEDULED FOR TESTING

General Availability September 2012

April 30, 2012 (Boca Raton, FL) - Erudite Inc, today announces that the Erudite All-Modal cargo System is scheduled for air worthiness testing.

"We received formal notice that the EAC is scheduled for testing from ATTLA," said Bob Mooney, Erudite CEO. "Completion of this testing is the final step in the process of ensuring that the EAC is ready for deployment."

"Every cargo container slated for air transport must be certified that it can withstand the G-forces of flight when fully loaded," stated MG (Ret) Joseph K. Simeone, USAF, Erudite's vice president of Operations. "We over-designed the EAC system to ensure that it will enjoy a long and successful career serving the needs of our warfighters."

The EAC System is the first container suitable for the delivery of cargo via air cargo, helicopter sling-load, truck, train, and maritime transport. Equipped with advanced security and on-board inventory capabilities, it also features proven in-transit visibility (ITV) and total asset visibility (TAV) capabilities engineered by GlobalTrak. Erudite is accepting orders for the EAC for delivery in early 4Q 2012.
